Market Priorities

Private Business Finance

When banks make it increasingly difficult to borrow money, it's nice to know that there are attorneys, financial analysts, engineers, and other professionals trying to finance innovation for small business and innovative entrepreneurs.

Is your business an appropriate candidate for financing?
We have worked with public entities, start-ups and everything in between. From structures to support information and capital formation through cash flow management, financial leverage, insurance- and tax-based tactics and succession planning, we are in a position to design and execute a variety of programs that might work for you.

Private Real Estate Finance

Before the Market Adjustments of 2008, it was easy to develop property. But as the divide between bank loans for those rich enough to not need the money on one hand and the hard money and institutional money at 23% IRR on the other, there is very little middle ground to finance the entitlement and other land development projects.

Do you have a need for real estate development or financing?
We have been entitling planned communities and orchards, and currently focus on development for downtown office space, parking lots, planned communities, agricultural orchards, media “back lots”, and a variety of other projects.

Private Film Finance

Independent filmmakers and artists are challenged with funding original works due to major studios wanting to back projects that are non-risky and already have a reputable following. Advanced Markets encourage the funding of original content.

Interested in financing the arts?
We currently work with a public entity which produces several movies annually for cable television (Hallmark, A&E, etc.) and has a 3-picture deal with a number of Academy Award winning filmmakers.
